高职金融文秘人才产教融合培养体系创新策略探索

摘　　要：在职业教育改革的总趋势下,高职金融文秘专业敢于转变校企合作思路,切实追求学校、企业、学生协同创新发展,完善校企合作体制、机制,依托教育品牌优势,合理利用特色资源,融入现代学徒制核心要素,依据产教融合深化改革的具体目标与要求,在人才培养体系方面针对高职文秘教育教学体系中的不足环节,优化其人才培养中的组织机制、课程内容、教学方式、师资队伍、评价标准等,促进了人才培养模式的创新与实效。Under the general trend of vocational education reform,higher vocational finance secretarial specialty dares to change the thinking of school-enterprise cooperation,pursue the cooperative innovation development of school,enterprise and student,perfect the cooperation system and mechanism of school and enterprise,rely on the advantage of education brand,make rational use of characteristic resources,integrate into the core elements of modern apprenticeship system,and deepen the reform according to the integration of industry and education.
