中小型历史文化名城的保护困境及对策——以陕西蒲城县为例

摘　　要：蒲城县历史底蕴深厚,是陕西省级历史文化名城,但在名城保护中面临保护规划缺失、民居建筑损毁严重、古城空间格局消亡、古城整体风貌丧失、传统视廊隔断和保护与发展矛盾突出等困境。中小历史文化名城既要保护,又要发展,必须探寻保护与发展和谐的对策,挖掘历史资源、城市价值、城市特色,从遗产保护走向文化环境保护,为城市的未来发展提供方向。Pucheng County with a thick historical background is a famous historical and cultural city in Shaanxi Province.However,its protection exists in difficulties such as the lack of protective planning,severe damage of the residential buildings,the miss of the ancient spatial pattern and overall style,the break off of the traditional view gallery,the prominent contradiction between the protection and the development,etc.The medium and small historical and cultural city should be both protected and developed,and the countermeasures are necessary to be explored to protect and develop harmoniously to excavate the historical resources,the city value and characteristics,to develop from the heritage protection to the cultural environment protection,so as to provide the direction to the city development in the future.
