摘 要:为提升现代饲料企业人力资源管理水平,文章针对现代饲料企业管理中存在的问题(包含缺少完善的激励机制、薪酬管理激励性薄弱等),将劳动强度、客户满意度、技术含量等因子赋予相应的权重及分值,对每位员工的贡献度进行求解。根据贡献度构建薪酬管理体系,真实展现员工绩效情况,便于现代饲料企业开展人力资源管理工作。在此基础上提出确保现代饲料企业薪酬管理体系顺利实施的保障措施,以期为类似研究提供一定的参考。In order to improve the human resources management level of modern feed enterprises,the article aims at the problems existing in the management of modern feed enterprises,including lack of perfect incentive mechanism,weak incentive of salary management,etc.,and gives corresponding weight and score from factors such as labor intensity,customer satisfaction,technical content,etc.to solve the contribution of each employee.According to the contribution,the salary management system is constructed to truly show the performance of employees and facilitate the development of human resources management in modern feed enterprises.On this basis,the guarantee measures to ensure the smooth implementation of the salary management system of modern feed enterprises are put forward,so as to provide some reference for similar research.
