摘 要:针对大港油田孔一断块(Ng23)油藏特征和油、水性质,开展了复合驱油体系对原油乳化和乳状液稳定性的研究;同时进行了十六烷烃中溶解不同浓度胶质和沥青质与水相界面膜黏弹性,以及水中加入破乳剂后对界面膜黏弹性的影响研究。结果表明,NaOH对原油乳化比Na2CO3强,乳状液更稳定,而Na2CO3在1.0%~1.5%乳化时产生中相微乳液。碱和活性剂组成的二元复合体系对原油乳化作用明显高于活性剂和聚合物的体系,乳化后相态表明,前者除油水相外,还存在中相微乳液,可进一步增溶原油。岩心实验表明,在相同条件下,有乳状液段塞与没有乳化段塞复合驱油体系相比,三元复合驱多提高采收率5.1%。破乳剂可以降低油水界面膜黏弹性,因此,测量界面膜黏弹性可作为评价破乳剂性能的一种方法。The research on the stability of emulsified crude oil and emulsion using combination flooding system was carried according to feature of petroleum reservoir and properties of oil and water of Kong 1 block(Ng23)in Dagang Oilfield.The effect of concentrations of colloid and asphaltene in hexadecane and demulifiers in water phase on viscoelasticity of interfacial membrane was evaluated.The results show that NaOH is stronger than Na2CO3 in stability of emulsified crude oil and emulsion.Na2CO3 produces a medium phase microemulsion at 1.0% to 1.5% emulsification.The binary combination flooding system of alkali/surfactant has a significantly higher emulsifying effect on crude oil than that of polymer/surfactant.The phase state after emulsification indicates that the former has a medium phase microemulsion in addition to the oily water phase,which can further solubilize crude oil.The core test shows that under the same condition,the ASP flooding system with emulsion slug can improve the recovery rate of 5.1% compared with the system without emulsion slug.The demulsifier can reduce the viscoelasticity of the oil-water interfacial membrane.Therefore,measuring the viscoelasticity of the interfacial membrane can be used as a method to evaluate the performance of the demulsifier.
