摘　　要：临床医学本科生创新创业工作尚处于起步阶段,在实践过程中出现了诸多问题。文章分析了临床医学本科生创新创业工作问题的原因,进一步阐述了创新性思维培养的重要性,并就如何改良医学生的创新创业现状这一问题,从提高医学生自身意识、加强教师队伍培训和管理、建立合适的评价体系、创新项目要结合医学特色等方面提出意见。The practice of innovation and venture for clinical medicine undergraduates is still at the initial stage.We have summarized the current situation of the practice of innovation and venture for clinical medicine undergraduates,and analyzed the potential problems in this progression.We furtherly demonstrate the important role of innovation and venture for the education of clinical medicine undergraduates.The writers of this paper suggest that a variety of measures promote the practice of innovation and venture for clinical medicine undergraduates,including raising innovative awareness of students,intensifying the train of teachers,establishing the evaluation system,and connecting the innovative practice and clinical medicine.
