摘　　要：高职女生的人格评价和专业承诺在职业成熟度提升上作用巨大。高职院校要加强专业承诺在职业成熟度和人格自我评价中的效应研究,并通过多种行之有效的措施,促进她们的职业认同感,积极稳妥地提升女生的职业成熟度水平。The personality evaluation and professional commitment of female students in higher vocational colleges play an important role in improving their career maturity.Higher vocational colleges should strengthen the research on the effect of professional commitment in career maturity and personality self-evaluation,and adopt various effective measures to promote their professional identity and actively improve the level of career maturity of female students.
