摘　　要：目的了解潍坊市中小学生心理健康状况及其影响因素。方法采用整群分层抽样方法,利用中文版K10量表对2018年潍坊市3个县区4250名中小学生进行调查,利用Logistic回归进行多因素分析。结果潍坊市中小学生心理健康状况不容乐观,17.91%的中小学生存在不同程度的心理问题。单因素分析发现,年龄、年级、户籍地、锻炼情况、睡眠、父母学历等20项因素是影响中小学生心理健康状况的主要因素(P<0.05),多因素分析结果显示,年级、户口所在地、住宿情况、学习成绩、近视、睡眠时间等10个因素是影响心理健康的主要因素(P<0.05)。结论潍坊市中小学生心理健康状况较差,社会、学校、家庭和个人共同努力,为中小学生营造良好的生活和学习环境。Objective To understand the mental health status and influence factors of primary and secondary school students in Weifang city.Methods With stratified cluster sampling method,version K10 scale of Chinese was used to investigate 4400 primary and secondary school students in 3 districts of Weifang city in 2018,and multiple factors were analyzed by Logistic regression.Results The mental health of primary and middle school students was not optimistic,17.91% of them had different levels of mental problems in Weifang city.Univariate analysis found that 20 factors such as age,grade,domicile,exercise,sleep and parents’educational background were the main factors affecting the mental health of primary and secondary school students(P<0.05),multi-factor analysis results show that 10 factors such as grade,residence,accommodation,academic performance,myopia,sleep time were the main factors affecting mental health(P<0.05).Conclusion The mental health status among the primary and middle schocl students is not good in Weifang city,society,school,family and individual should work together to create a good living and learning environment for primary and secondary school students.
