摘　　要：目的:探讨镜像疗法对脑卒中偏瘫患者上肢功能及生活质量的影响。方法:选取2016年1月~2017年12月江苏省苏北人民医院脑卒中患者48例,随机分为观察组和对照组各24例。对照组给予常规方法治疗,观察组则给予常规方法联合镜像疗法治疗。比较两组患者治疗前、治疗3个月后FMA评分、FIM评分、ARAT评分;生活质量情况选用SF-36量表评估;同时对疾病改善率进行比较。结果:治疗后,两组患者的FMA、FIM、ARAT评分、SF-36,8个维度评分均较治疗前显著升高(P<0.05),且观察组治疗后的FMA、FIM、ARAT评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后除RE、VT外,其余各维度评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组疾病改善率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:脑卒中后偏瘫患者早期康复中辅以镜像疗法可有效改善上肢功能和提高生活质量,易于操作值得临床推广应用。Objective: To explore the effect of mirror therapy on upper limb function and daily living ability in stroke patients with hemiplegia. Methods: From January 2016 to December 2017, 48 patients with stroke hemiplegia in our Hospital were randomly divided into observation group(n=24) and control group(n=24). The control group was treated with routine method, while the observation group was treated with routine method combined with mirror therapy. The FMA score, FIM score, ARAT score, quality of life score before and after treatment and disease improvement rate were compared between the two groups. Results: After treatment, the FMA, FIM, ARAT score and SF-36,8 dimension score of the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment, and the FMA,FIM,ARAT score of the observation group after treatment was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). Except RE, VT, the scores of other dimensions in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). The improvement rate of diseases in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Early rehabilitation of hemiplegic patients after stroke with mirror therapy can significantly improve the patients’ upper limb motor function,can effectively improve upper limb function and improve self-care ability level, improve the quality of life, easy to operate is worthy of clinical application.
