摘 要:针对现有生态足迹模型缺乏系统的区域生态可持续程度分级标准和区域生态产出状态判别标准的问题,文章基于“消费—产出”账户分类的方法,建立并整合生态可持续程度分级指标与生态产出状态判别标准,构建适用于开放系统的生态足迹模型,并以临湘市2005—2013发展状况为例开展实证分析。结果表明:(1)改进后的生态足迹模型较传统生态足迹模型和区域生态可持续判别准则在区域生态可持续性评价中的结果更具可比性和完整性。(2)临湘市总体生态承载潜力得到充分释放,产出效率较高,可出口生态生产性土地,但后期部分乡镇由于土地利用强度过大,土地质量下降,抑制了生态产出效率的提升。(3)北部江湖平原区各乡镇的可持续利用程度相对最高,而处于中心城区的乡镇消费足迹增长过快,出现不可持续状态。(4)临湘市耕地、牧草地和水域处于可持续利用状态,但后期由于盲目增加产出,出现地力下降、生态失衡等问题。Existing ecological footprint models lack criteria of ecological sustainability and status of ecological output for regions,we construct and integrate the above two criteria based on consumption-output account classification,ultimately propose an ecological footprint model suitable for open eco-economic system.To validate the proposed model,we take the Linxiang City as an example to conduct empirical analysis.The results are as follows.(1)The modified ecological footprint model is more comparable and complete than either the traditional ecological footprint model or existing ecological sustainability criteria for region.(2)The potential of ecological carrying capacity has been fully released in Linxiang City,with efficient output and exportable productive land.However,due to excessive land use intensity in some villages and towns,the quality of land has declined,which inhibits the improvement of output efficiency.(3)The degree of sustainable use of areas in the northern plains of Linxiang City is relatively high,while the ecological footprint of consumption in the urban areas has grown too fast where unsustainability appears gradually.(4)Linxiang City's cultivated land,grassland and waters are in a state of sustainable use,but due to blindly increasing output,there has been a drop in fertility of land,ecological imbalances and other issues.
