摘  要:目的评估绝经期女性乳制品摄入与握力的关系。方法研究数据来自天津市慢性炎症与健康促进队列研究(TCLSIHealth),共纳入1930名女性。通过半定量食物频率问卷收集乳制品摄入频次,协方差分析评估乳制品摄入频次与握力的关系。结果:在3类乳制品摄入频次中:<每周1次,=每周1次和≥每周2-3次,握力均值(95%置信区间)为24.139(20.639,27.640)、24.531(21.028,28.033)、24.986(21.490,28.482)(趋势性P=0.001)。调整体重后握力均值(95%置信区间)为0.390(0.335,0.446)、0.398(0.343,0.454)、0.401(0.345,0.456)(趋势性P=0.011)。体力活动分数小于27.2亚组的握力均值(95%置信区间)为23.858(21.092,26.623)、24.099(21.355,26.843)、24.829(22.062,27.596)(趋势性P=0.001),调整体重后握力均值(95%置信区间)为0.379(0.335,0.423)、0.384(0.340,0.427)、0.390(0.346,0.434)(趋势性P=0.016),体力活动分数大于等于27.2亚组的握力均值及调整体重后握力均值无统计学意义。结论乳制品摄入与绝经期女性握力相关,对于中低体力活动水平女性,乳制品摄入频次与握力水平有显著关联。Objective To evaluate the relationship between dairy intake and handgrip strength(HS)in menopausal women.Methods The baseline data were extracted from Tianjin Chronic Low-grade Systemic Inflammation and Health Cohort Study(TCLSIHealth).A total of 1930 women were included in this study.Frequencies of dairy intake were collected by semi quantitative food frequency questionnaires.The relationship between dairy intake frequencies and HS was assessed by covariance analysis.Results The means of HS(95%confidence interval,CI)in the three categories of dairy intake frequencies:<once/week,=once/week,and≥twice-three times/week were 24.139(20.639,27.640),24.531(21.028,28.033),24.986(21.490,28.482)(P for trend=0.001),the means of weight-adjusted HS(95%CI)were 0.390(0.335,0.446),0.398(0.343,0.454),0.401(0.345,0.456)(P for trend=0.011).In physical activity 27.2 subgroup,the means of HS(95%CI)were 23.858(21.092,26.623),24.099(21.355,26.843),24.829(22.062,27.596)(P for trend=0.001),the means of weight-adjusted HS(95%CI)were 0.379(0.335,0.423),0.384(0.340,0.427),0.390(0.346,0.434),respectively(P for trend=0.016).There is no significant differences in physical activity≥27.2 subgroup.Conclusion Dairy intake is significantly correlated with HS in menopausal women.For the women with low-intermediate physical activity,there is a significant correlation between frequencies of dairy intake and HS.
