摘　　要：饼粕类饲粮是油料籽实提取油后的副产物,含有大量蛋白质,所以常被用做蛋白质饲粮,但其中含有各种抗营养物质而影响了其在鸡生产中的应用。本文主要就发酵豆粕、双低菜籽粕、发酵棉籽粕、脱毒蓖麻粕和亚麻仁粕的营养成分及在鸡生产过程中的应用作一综述,以期为鸡生产提供一定的借鉴作用。The cake-based diet is a by-product of oilseed oil extraction.Because the cake contains a lot of protein,it is often used as a protein diet,but the cake contains a variety of anti-nutritional substances,which affects the application of the cake-based diet in the chicken production process.The article mainly reviewed the nutrients of fermented soybean meal,double low rapeseed meal,fermented cottonseed meal,detoxified castor meal and flaxseed meal and their application in chicken production.
