摘  要:依据炼钢厂现场需求,设计了一种机器人辅助重载回转附加轴结构,并通过对连铸炼钢环境下大包、出水口极其周边环境的温度测量和冶金设备进行模拟建模,进行了热力学仿真分析,得出了热力场分布的仿真结果.提出了两种热防护方法,主动热防护通过设备温控空压机喷射冷空气反馈降温,被动热防护给机器人穿戴新型隔热材料,解决了冶金工艺机器人连铸中间包区域内冶金钢包炉热源对自动化机器人电子设备的温度影响等诸多的问题.设备的热防护方法在现场已得到了实际应用.According to the requirement of steelmaking plant,this paper designed a kind of robot-assisted heavy-duty rotating additional shaft structure,and simulated the temperature measurement and metallurgical equipment of ladle,outlet and surrounding environment in continuous casting steelmaking environment.Thermodynamic simulation analysis was carried out,and the simulation results of thermal field distribution were obtained.Two kinds of thermal protection methods were put forward:active thermal protection sprays cold air feedback through equipment temperature control air compressor to cool down,passive thermal protection wears new thermal insulation material to the robot,and solved many problems such as the temperature influence of the heat source of metallurgical ladle furnace on the electronic equipment of automatic robot in the tundish area of metallurgical process robot continuous casting.The thermal protection method of the equipment has been applied in the field.
