摘 要:以全侧开快运棚车作为研究对象,既有铁路三大干线提速160 km/h刚柔耦合仿真分析表明:无摇枕转向架会造成轻量化车体产生非线性振动,如中柱根部局部高应力及循环载荷幅值约80/79 MPa.若改用有摇枕转向架,尽管心盘旁承接口化解或缓解了对车体的侧滚或扭曲载荷,中柱根部应力明显降低,约48/47 MPa.但是摇枕复杂约束力系的动态不稳定问题亦会造成十分严重的轮轨磨耗影响.假若以日系空簧悬挂取代二系橡胶堆,K2<<K1,以抗蛇行参数优配来形成频带吸能机制,则可以跨越新建有砟铁路提速至250 km/h,以长交路跨线运营模式来扩大中长途运输收益.For the covered car with fully movable side-walls at the speed of 160 km/h running on the three main lines of present rails,the rigid-flex coupling simulation analyses show that the non-linearity vibrations of the light weight carbody are caused when the bolsterless bogies are adopted.The maximum stress value and cycle stress amplitude occurred at the roots of ached frame are increased to 80 and 79 MPa.If the bolster bogies are used,the rolling or distorting loads of the carbody can be lessened or relieved by the interface of centre-bowl and side-bearings,and the higher local stress at the roots of ached frame is therefore decreased effectively to 48 and 47 MPa.Notwithstanding,the dynamical instability problems of bolster complex constraint force sub-systems can also lead to the serious wear influences of wheel-rail contact.In case of replacing the secondary rubber suspension with the Japanese airspring suspension,i.e.K2<<K1,by applying the anti-hunting absorbing band mechanism constructed with the corresponding parameter optimal configurations,the velocity of 250 km/h can therefore be reached when running on the ballast railways of newly-built rails.As a result,the profitable medium/long transportations will be implemented through the long routes crossover different-velocity graded lines.
