先秦至东汉中医心身医学古籍数据库建设及文献计量分析  

Database Construction and Bibliometric Analysis of Psychosomatic Ancient Books of Traditional Chinese Medicine from Pre-Qin to Eastern Han Dynasty

摘　　要：目的:挖掘先秦至东汉中医古籍以及哲学古籍中的心身理论,为构建中医心身医学理论体系提供参考。方法:以中国知网古籍数据库作为文献来源,经过文献筛选录入MySQL数据库中,建设先秦至东汉中医心身医学古籍数据库,并在数据库的基础上通过文献计量法对文献的朝代分布、著作分布以及关键词分布等进行统计分析。结果:数据库共录入包含“心”的条文2048条,涉及著作113部;包含“性”的条文620条,所涉及著作73部;包含“情”的条文976条,所涉及著作82部;包含“志”的条文1530条,所涉及著作91部。从朝代分布来看,从先秦至东汉的文献数量整体呈增长趋势:从著作分布来看,在《太平经》《论衡》《吕氏春秋》《准南子》等古籍著作中蕴含着丰富的心身理论;从关键词分布来看,分别以“心”“性”“情”“志”为主题词检索录入的条文中涉及的关键词出现频率大于30%的分别有知、心、欲、情。结论:秦汉之际中医学以及哲学古籍中蕴含了丰富的心身理论,同时在秦汉时期的诊疗实践过程中凸显出了上工治未病的优势。通过数据库技术挖掘秦汉之际的心身医学体系对于目前临床中相关疾病的先期诊断、治疗以及预后等过程中均有重要的指导作用。Objective:To study the theory of psychosomatic medicine of TCM in ancient books of Chinese medicine andphilosophy from pre-Qin to the Eastern Han Dynasty,to provide a reference for constructing the theoretical system of psychosomatic medicine of TCM.Methods:Based on the ancient books database of CNKI,literatures were selected and entered into the My SQL for constructing the ancient books database of psychosomaticmedicine of TCM from pre-Qin to the Eastern Han Dynasty.And on the basis of the database,the dynasty,authors and key words in literature can be analyzed by using the method of bibliometric.Results:2048 references of"xin"were included covering 113 ancient books,620 references of"xing"were included covering 73 ancient books,976 references of"qing"were included covering 82 ancient books,and 1530 references of"zhi"were included covering 91 ancient books.From the distribution of dynasties,the number of literatyres from the pre-qin to the eastern han dynasty showed an overall increasing trend:from the distribution of books,there are rich psychosomatic theories in ancient books such as Taiping jing,Lun heng,Lvshi chunqiu and Huainanzi.From the distribution of keywords,the frequency of keywords involved in the articles with"xin","xing","qing"and"zhi"were more than 30%,such as knowledge,heart,desire and emotion.Conclusion:During the Qin and Han dynasties,Chinese medicine and ancient philosophical books contained rich psychosomatic theories,and meanwhile,the diagnosis and treatment practice during this period highlighted the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of non-diseases in clinical practice.Therefore,the database technology is used to explore the psychosomatic medical system during the qin and han dynasties which plays an important guiding role in the early diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of relevant diseases in clinical practice at present and gives full play to the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of non-diseases in clinical practice.
