摘　　要：结合我国经济发展情况和人民对健康的需求,为切实提高护理专业素质和服务能力,2017年我国儿科专科护士的培训工作开始,但在开展专科护理培训的层次、培训专业领域、培训内容、课程设置、再认证等方面还处于探索阶段。根据国内的专科护士需求情况和国外专科护士发展现状,提出应建立统一、规范的儿科专科护士培训体系;分领域、分层级进行儿科专科护士培养;完善专科护士再认证工作等方面,对全国儿科护士发展,建立高水平的儿科专科护士队伍是非常重要的。Combined with the economic development in China and people's need for health,training for pediatric nurse specialist has begun in 2017 to improve nursing professional quality and service ability.However,the specialized nursing training levels,training field,training content,course offered and recertification are still at the exploratory stage.According to domestic nurse specialist demand and foreign nurse specialist development,we should build the unified and normal pediatric nurse specialist training system,and carry out nurse specialist training hierarchically and in different fields,and perfect nurse specialist recertification which is important for national pediatric nurse development and building high level of pediatric nurse specialist team.
