摘 要:目的研究反复熔铸对钯银合金金瓷结合强度、金瓷结合界面形貌的影响。方法在真空环境下,将原代钯银合金分别熔铸一次成Ⅰ代合金,熔铸二次形成Ⅱ代合金。每次重铸前,烤瓷合金均经过120目氧化铝喷砂及氢氟酸浸泡处理。据ISO9693[1]标准,使用三点弯曲试验检测试件的金瓷结合强度。运用扫描电镜(SEM scanning electronic microscope)和X线衍射(EDS energy dispersive spectrum)分析各代合金金瓷结合界面形貌特征及元素成分、分布。结果金瓷结合强度分别为:原代合金:(48.71±3.15)MPa,Ⅰ代合金:(42.70±3.18)MPa,Ⅱ代合金(41.67±2.72)MPa,经重复熔铸的Ⅰ代合金、Ⅱ代合金试件,其金瓷结合强度较原代合金有显著下降(P<0.05)。三组合金金瓷结合强度均大于ISO9693所要求的25Mpa。扫描电镜和X线衍射:各代合金试件的金瓷结合界面均可见含有较多颗粒状物质的过渡瓷层,合金结合紧密,无明显氧化膜层、气泡、裂隙等缺陷。原代合金组内氧化带距金属表面约7微米。I代合金金、Ⅱ代合金金的内氧化带并不明显,且Sn和0的含量低于原代合金。结论未添加新合金的单纯反复熔铸钯银合金会降低其金瓷结合强度。重铸钯银合金内氧化程度低于原代合金。Objective To investigation the effect of recasting on metal ceramic bonding strength of Pa-Ag alloy.Methods Pd-Ag alloy samples were each recast 1 and 2 times without any new alloy adding.Recast alloy was performed air-particle abrasion with 120-um Al2 o,particles at a pressure of 3 bar and soaked cleaning in hydrofluoric acid.The bond strength between metal and ceramic was measured using a three-point bend test according to ISO9693.The metal-ceramic interface of each group were investigated under scanning electronic microscope(SEM)and energy dispersive spectrum(EDS).Results The mean bonding strength of the three group were original Generation(48.71±3.15)MPa and GenerationⅠ(42.70±3.18)MPa and GenerationⅡ(41.67±2.72)MPa respectively(P<0.05).The bond strength between metal and respectively(P<0.05).The bond strength of three groups is greater than 25 mpa required by ISO9693.All of the interfaces were intact with good contact between the ceramic and Pd-ag surface in micrographs.Holes or slits were not detected,suggesting good adhesion between the two materials.The concavo-convex structure layer in group of original generation was approximately 7μm.Conclusion After recasting,the metal-ceramic bond strength of Pd-Ag alloy without new alloy added would decline.The oxidation degree in recast alloy was lower than taht of the new alloy.
