摘　　要：目的观察内镜下结肠息肉冷切除术治疗结肠10 mm以下息肉效果及安全性。方法选取2018年7月—2019年3月期间,我院以及珠海市香洲区第二人民医院收治的100例10 mm以下结肠息肉患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表,将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组各50例。对照组患者采用内镜下电凝手术治疗,观察组患者采用内镜下结肠息肉冷切除术治疗。对比两组患者息肉切除时间、术中出血率、术后2周出血率、术后穿孔发生率、息肉完整切除率、标本回收率。结果观察组患者息肉切除时间短于对照组,术中出血率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者均未出现术后2周出血病例,观察组患者未出现术后穿孔病例,术后穿孔发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者息肉完整切除率、标本回收率分别比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论相比于传统内镜下电凝手术,内镜下结肠息肉冷切除术治疗10 mm以下结肠息肉,可有效缩短手术时间,降低术中出血率和术后穿孔率。Objective To observe the effect and safety of endoscopic cold resection for the treatment of colon polyps below 10mm.Methods From July 2018 to March 2019,100 patients with colon polyps less than 10 mm admitted to our hospital were selected as subjects.According to the random number table,patients were divided into control group and observation group,50 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with endoscopic electrocoagulation.Patients in the observation group were treated with endoscopic cold polyps resection.The polypectomy time,intraoperative blood loss rate,postoperative 2 week bleeding rate,postoperative perforation rate,complete polyp resection rate,and specimen recovery rate were compared between the two groups.Results The polypectomy time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group.The intraoperative blood loss rate was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no bleeding cases at 2 weeks after operation in the two groups.There was no postoperative perforation in the observation group.The incidence of postoperative perforation was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the complete resection rate and specimen recovery rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Compared with traditional endoscopic electrocoagulation,cold resection for colonic polyps less than 10mm may effectively shorten the operation time and reduce the intraoperative bleeding rate and postoperative perforation rate.
