材料学科实验室管理与发展的思考

摘　　要：文章针对材料学科实验教学的发展特点,结合本单位实验室管理中存在的问题和建设经验,对材料学科的实验室管理,包括实验室设备、材料、安全和人员进行了探讨,提出了加大实验室管理及开放力度,继续加强学生能力的培养,促进师资队伍发展的整体思路。From the point of development of laboratory teaching for materials science and engineering,the management of laboratory including equipments,materials,safety and technician has been discussed based on the existing problems in our college.Then,to improve the laboratory management,many rules such as strengthening the management of laboratory and opening from time to space to topic,enhancing the education about the improvement of students'ability and environment protection and accelerating the level of technicians have been given.
