摘　　要：为进一步提高专业办学质量,广州医科大学麻醉学专业(本科)自2016年开展创新人才培养实验区建设,主要在课程体系、教学方式方法改革、实践教学改革及教学团队建设等进行探索与实践,实验区建设对提升学生实践能力、创新意识与创新能力取得较好效果。In order to further improve the quality of education,the department of anesthesiology of Guangzhou Medical University has carried out the construction of the experimental area of innovative talents training since 2016,which mainly explored the construction of curriculum system,reformation of practical teaching methods,and the construction of teaching team.These measures have good effects on the improvement of students'practical ability,creative thinking and innovative ability.
