摘　　要：文章根据当前通信工程专业学生的特点,在进行人才培养的时候,需要综合当前时代发展的情况以及社会的人才需要特点等,确定人才培养的目标和模式,以不断完善通信工程专业的人才培养模式。在OBE理念的基础上进行通信工程专业人才培养,其相关研究成果能够在各个院校和相关专业的人才培养中起到重要的示范作用,有很大的推广价值。According to the characteristics of current communication engineering students,when carrying out talent training,it is necessary to integrate with the development of the current era and the characteristics of talent needs of the society,to determine the goal of talent cultivation and the mode of personnel training,so that the professional talent training mode for communication engineering major is continuously improved.On the basis of the OBE concept,the communication engineering professionals are trained.The relevant research results can play an important role in the training of talents in various institutions and related majors and promote the value.
