摘  要:用氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定苦杏仁油中的硒.研究了测试硒含量所需要的溶液酸度、混合酸的比例、共存离子对测定硒的影响和消除方法.在溶液酸度是3 mol/L、掩蔽剂是EDTA、混合酸的比例是2∶1的条件下对灌木枝叶样品中的硒进行了分析,以国家标准物质(GSV-1)为监控样品,测定值与标准值吻合.在此测试条件下,硒标准溶液(TSO-9001)的线性回归方程为y=208.55x-170.59,R 2=0.9998.测得辽宁省朝阳市苦杏仁油中的硒含量为51μg/kg.此测试方法操作简单、成本低,适合进行植物中硒含量的测试.Selenium in bitter almond oil was determinated by hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry(HG-AFS).Effects and remedy of acidity,proportion of mixed acid,coexisting foreign ions on the determination of selenium were investigated.Under experimental conditions of 3mol/L acidity,EDTA masking agent,2∶1 ratio of mixed acid,selenium was determined through the use of standard reference material.This method was verified by analyzing the national reference material(GSV-1)and found value was in good agreement with the certified value.The linear regression equation was y=208.55x-170.59,R 2=0.9998.Selenium in bitter almond oil was made in Chaoyang City,Liaoning Province is 51μg/kg.The proposed method that was used for the determination of Se in plant samples has the advantages of simple operation,low cost.It is suitable for testing the content of selenium in plants.
