摘 要:长期以来,高职院校旅游管理专业在人才提供上与企业的需求之间难以做到有效匹配,面对多方面的市场需求,高职院校旅游管理专业在人才培养工作上有待于不断完善。因此,高职院校旅游管理专业在具体的人才培养工作中,要做到:细化培养目标,明确规范人才培养的各项标准;加深产教融合,持续深化校企之间的交流合作;提升发展潜力,加快实施创新创业教育;培养专业师资,不断提升教育教学能力。It has been difficult to match the effective demand between the talents supply and enterprise requirements in tourism management specialty of higher vocational colleges for a long time.Facing various market requirements,the talents cultivation in tourism management specialty should be continuously improved.Therefore,in the concrete process of talents cultivation,the tourism management specialty should refine the cultivation objects and clear the cultivation standards,deepen the industry-education integration and the communication cooperation between schools and enterprises continuously,raise the development potential and accelerate the application of innovation and entrepreneurship education,cultivate professional teachers and continuously improve education and teaching abilities.
