区域远程教育一体化技术合作办学模式与支持协同发展策略——以京津冀地区为例

摘　　要：在区域远程教育一体化合作办学模式与协同发展进程中,区域远程教育一体化技术合作办学模式的构建与支持协同发展策略的运用,具有非常重要的硬件支撑作用。一般而言,区域远程教育一体化技术合作办学模式与支持协同发展模式策略,包含区域整合式远程教育教学公共平台体系技术合作办学模式与支持协同发展策略、区域互动式远程教育教学资源库技术合作办学模式与支持协同发展策略、区域全纳式远程教育学习支持服务体系技术合作办学作模式与支持协同发展策略三个方面。据此分析可知,京津冀一体化远程教育技术合作办学模式与支持协同发展策略,包含京津冀远程教育教学公共服务平台构建方案、京津冀远程教育教学资源库构建方案和京津冀远程教育学习支持服务体系构建方案等三种方案内容。这是构建覆盖三地的远程教育教学及其学习支持公共服务体系,培养区域各个行业急需的、大量的知识型、行业型、技能型、创新型的应用型人才,而且是具有劳模精神和大国工匠意识的应用型人才,以及能够在各自工作岗位上用得上、留得住、干得好的应用型人才的基本保证。In the process of integrated regional distance education and collaborative development, the construction of regional technical cooperation school-running model and collaborative development strategies are the very important hardware support. Generally speaking, there are three strategic plans for the technical cooperation model and collaborative development, including the integrated regional public teaching platform system of distance learning, the regional interactive teaching resource library technology, and regional inclusive learning support service system technology. From the above analysis we know that the three strategic plans constitute the integrated regional school-running model and the strategies to support collaborative development. This is the guarantee of building a distance learning service system and a learning support service system, cultivating a large number of knowledge-based, industry-based, skill-based and innovative applied talents urgently needed in various industries in the region, and more importantly these talents should become model workers with the awareness of great artisans and can fully display their skills in their jobs.
