摘  要:采用PB-L3035低温磷化剂替代原有的锌锰镍三元磷化剂PB-L3020来处理商用车的车身。介绍了PB-L3035磷化剂的主要性能,通过混槽试验确定了其现场应用的参数和管控措施,并核算了相关辅料和能耗成本。PB-L3035磷化剂能够满足现场生产需求,在辅料和能源消耗方面都有优势。A low-temperature phosphating agent PB-L3035 was used to substitute the ternary Zn–Mn–Ni phosphating agent PB-L3020 previously used for the pretreatment of commercial vehicle bodies. The main properties of PB-L3035 were introduced. The process parameters and management control measures were determined by mixing the two phosphating agents in one tank. The costs in materials and energy consumption were calculated. It was showed that PB-L3035 could meet the requirements of production, and consumed less materials and energy.
