摘  要:[目的]分析不同产地薏苡仁多糖的单糖组成。[方法]收集不同产地的薏苡仁,以水提醇沉的方法获得薏苡仁粗多糖,并采用苯酚-硫酸法对各样品中多糖的含量进行测定;进一步使用HPLC-UV法对酸水解后的薏苡仁多糖的单糖组成进行分析。[结果]研究建立了稳定可靠的薏苡仁单糖组成分析方法,发现薏苡仁多糖由甘露糖、鼠李糖、葡萄糖醛酸、半乳糖醛酸、葡萄糖、半乳糖、阿拉伯糖等单糖组成,其中葡萄糖所占比例最高,并初步分析了7种单糖的质量分数,发现不同产地的薏苡仁存在的差异较大。[结论]研究方法专属性强,可为薏苡仁药材的质量控制提供依据。[Objective]The research aimed to analyze the monosaccharide composition of polysaccharides from coix seeds of different origins.[Method]The crude polysaccharide of coix seed from different origins was obtained by water extraction and alcohol precipitation,and the content of polysaccharide in each sample was determined by phenol-sulfuric acid method.The monosaccharide composition of acid hydrolyzed coix seed polysaccharide was further analyzed by HPLC-UV method.[Result]A stable and reliable method for the analysis of monosaccharides in coix seed was established.It was found that the polysaccharides in coix seed consisted of mannose,rhamnose,glucuronic acid,galacturonic acid,glucose,galactose and arabinose.The proportion of glucose was the highest,and the mass fractions of seven monosaccharides were preliminarily analyzed.It was found that coix seed from different habitats had great differences.[Conclusion]The method is specific and can provide basis for quality control of coix seed.
