摘 要:采用均匀网格布点法采集沈阳市沈北新区不同土地利用类型的101个表层(0~20 cm)土壤样品,测定了土壤过氧化氢酶活性、土壤理化性质和土壤细菌群落组成,分析了不同土地利用类型土壤过氧化氢酶活性变化特征及其与土壤理化性质、土壤细菌优势菌群之间的关系.结果表明:沈北新区不同土地利用类型土壤过氧化氢酶活性由高到低依次为水田,城市绿地,天然林地,旱田;土壤过氧化氢酶活性与土壤pH、含水量呈极显著正相关,与容重呈显著正相关,pH和含水质量分数对土壤过氧化氢酶活性的影响具有直接效应,容重主要通过pH和含水质量分数间接作用于土壤过氧化氢酶活性,其为影响土壤过氧化氢酶活性的主要因素;土壤过氧化氢酶活性与土壤细菌多样性(Chao1指数、Shannon指数)呈正相关,说明土壤过氧化氢酶活性受土壤细菌多样性影响.冗余分析结果表明,疣微菌门(Verrucomicrobia)、绿弯菌门(Chloroflexi)、蓝藻细菌(Cyanobacteria)对土壤过氧化氢酶影响较大,其菌群丰度主要受土壤pH、含水量和容重的调控,且其随土壤pH、含水质量分数和容重的变化特征与土壤过氧化氢酶活性变化趋势相一致,提示这些菌群可能是土壤过氧化氢酶的重要来源.Using the uniform grid distribution method,101 surface(0—20 cm)soil samples of different utilization types of land in Shenbei Area of Shenyang were collected.Soil CAT activity,soil physicochemical properties and soil bacterial community composition were determined.The change characteristics of soil CAT activity in different land use types and its relationship with soil physicochemical properties and dominant bacterial flora were analyzed.Results of determination of soil enzyme activity show that the soil CAT activity of different utilization types of soil in Shenbei Area ranged from high to low in order of paddy soil,urban green land,natural forest land,dry land.Soil CAT activity has a significant positive correlation with soil pH,water content and has a positive correlation with bulk density,the effects of pH and water content on soil catalase activity are direct,and bulk density indirectly affects soil catalase activity mainly through pH and water content,indicating that they are the main factors affecting the soil CAT activity.The soil CAT activity is positively correlated with soil microbial diversity(Chao1 index,Shannon index),indicating that soil CAT activity is affected by soil microbial diversity.The results of redundancy analysis show that Verrucomicrobia,Chloroflexi,Cyanobacteria have great influence on soil CAT,and its abundance is regulated by soil pH,water content and bulk density,and the variation of pH,water content and bulk density in soil are consistent with the change trend of soil CAT activity,suggesting that these bacteria might be a important sources of soil CAT.
