摘  要:针对电子轴凹印系统中各电机之间的同步控制问题,提出了一种变论域模糊PID控制算法。通过分析印刷过程中多电机同步的特点,将变论域思想与模糊PID控制相结合,设计了变论域模糊PID控制器。在Matlab/Simulink环境下对模糊PID控制和变论域模糊PID控制进行了仿真对比,并且搭建运动控制平台进行物理实验。结果表明,相比于模糊PID控制,变论域模糊PID控制响应速度快、抗干扰能力强,适用于多电机之间的同步协调控制。For the problem of multi-motor synchronization control in electronic shaft driving gravure printing system,an improved variable universe fuzzy PID control algorithm was proposed.According to the characteristics of the electronic gravure printing system,combined the idea of variable universe with the fuzzy PID control,a variable universe fuzzy PID controller was designed.Then,modeling and simulation were conducted for the variable universe fuzzy PID control and fuzzy PID control in Matlab/Simulink,and a motion control platform for physical experiments was built.The results improve that compared with fuzzy PID control,variable universe fuzzy PID control has the advantages of fast response and strong anti-interference ability,which can realize synchronous and coordinated control between multiple motors.
