摘　　要：高校本科生教学中的档案管理在高校的教育中具有重要的作用.档案的管理是作为评估教学的一项重要依据.本科生导师机制的实行能够有效提高本科生的教育质量.本科教育中学生的自由时间更加充足,导师制的模式能够帮助学生规划大学生活,培养优秀的本科人才.本文主要研究了教学档案目标管理视角下高校本科生导师机制研究,旨在为本科生的教育提供参考.Archives management plays an important role in in undergraduate teaching,and is an important basis for teaching assessment.The implementation of the undergraduate tutor system can effectively improve the quality of undergraduate education.In undergraduate education,students have more free time,and tutor system can help students plan university life and cultivate excellent undergraduate talents.This paper mainly studies the undergraduate tutor system from the perspective of teaching archives objective management,aiming at improving the education of undergraduates.
