摘　　要：在国家大力发展现代职业教育的背景下,立足蓬勃发展的智慧医疗体系,针对目前职业院校护理专业计算机基础课程不适应现代职业教育和智慧医疗体系的发展现状,通过智慧医疗体系下护理专业岗位的计算机职业技能需求调研分析,配合护理专业建设,结合专业实践,利用现代职业教育课程开发技术,对现有计算机基础课程进行改革实践研究.重构了护理专业计算机基础课程包含课程标准、课程模块、教学方式、评价方式、教学模式,开展新课程实践,编写出版理实一体化教材,开发并完善课程微课、网络与移动教学、课程网站、网络自主学习平台、理实一体化教学场所等软硬件教学资源.通过课程改革建设促进了护理专业建设和人才培养工作,增强了学生计算机职业能力,提升了学生就业能力.Under the background of vigorous development of modern vocational education in our country,based on the vigorous development of the intelligent medical system,aiming at the current situation that the basic computer courses of nursing specialty in vocational colleges are not suitable for the development of modern vocational education and intelligent medical system,this paper investigates and analyses the needs of computer vocational skills of nursing posts under the intelligent medical system,cooperates with the construction of nursing specialty,and combines with specialty.Making use of the modern vocational education curriculum development technology,we carry on the reform practice research to the existing computer basic curriculum.The basic computer courses for nursing specialty were reconstructed,including curriculum standards,curriculum modules,teaching methods,evaluation methods and teaching modes.New curriculum practice was carried out,integrated teaching materials were compiled and published,and software and hardware teaching resources such as micro-courses,network and mobile teaching,course website,network self-learning platform and integrated teaching sites were developed and improved.Through curriculum reform and construction,nursing specialty construction and personnel training have been promoted,students'computer professional ability has been enhanced,and students'employment ability has been improved.
