环境生态类专业与课程建设评估探讨

摘　　要：全国高校环境生态类专业数量多且同质化明显,亟待加强专业综合改革与优势特色专业建设。该研究根据"双一流"(一流高校、一流学科)、"双评估"(教学评估、专业评估)等高等教育改革及环境保护行业快速发展的新形势,分析环境生态类专业建设现状及面临的机遇与挑战,探讨专业与课程建设评估工作的改革路径及对策。结果表明,环境生态类专业应从"立足地方、突出特色、强化服务"中找到适合自己的差异化发展路径,并努力在教学团队建设、人才培养方案、实验实践教学、支撑保障体系等环节中彰显特色,走高质量的特色发展之路。同时,该类专业评估工作既要考虑顶层设计,又要分析基础现状和立地条件,构建更为科学完善、更具操作性的专业和课程评价指标体系。It is necessary to strengthen the professional comprehensive reform and the specialty construction of advantages and characteristics for many environment and ecology majors in college.In view of the new situation of rapid development in higher education reform and environmental protection,this study analyzed the current opportunities and challenges for environment and ecology majors,and discussed the reform path and countermeasures for specialty and course construction.The environment and ecology majors should take the road of high quality and characteristic development by basing on the locality and enhancing the service.At the same time,the discipline should make great efforts to highlight the characteristics of the teaching team construction,the talent training program,the experimental and practice teaching,the support system and so on.In addition,the specialty and course evaluation should not only consider the top-level design,but also analyze the actual situation,and construct a more scientific and more operational professional and curriculum evaluation index system.
