中西药注射剂混合用药致过敏性休克死亡1例分析

摘　　要：随着中药注射剂的广泛应用,临床上发生越来越多的严重不良反应事件。相关药物的严重不良反应及临床用药不规范等问题日益增多,也受到了社会的广泛关注。本文通过对1例中西药注射剂混合用药致人过敏性休克死亡的案例进行报道,针对法医工作者在鉴定过程中应注意的问题及相关临床用药问题进行了分析与讨论。希望通过本次案例报道可以为以后遇见类似案件提供帮助与借鉴。With the wide application of traditional Chinese medicine injection,more and more serious adverse events occur in clinic.The serious adverse reactions of related drugs and the problems of nonstandard clinical use have been paid more and more attention by the society.In this paper,a case of anaphylactic shock death caused by mixed use of Chinese and western medicine injection was reported.The problems that should be paid attention to in the process of forensic medicine identification and the related clinical drug use problems were analyzed and discussed.Hope this case report can provide help and reference for meeting similar cases in the future.
