摘　　要：《中华大典》是国务院批准的重大文化出版工程,被列为国家文化发展纲要的重点出版工程项目,前新闻出版署将其列为“十一五”国家重大出版工程规划之首.《中华大典·数学典》在保留中国古代数学特色的基础上,运用现代数学的观念和方法,对从远古到清末,在中国疆域范围内产生的汉文典籍、文献资料、出土文物等有关数学的资料进行系统的整理、分类、汇编.文章依次介绍了《数学典》的结构、文献标注、版本、标点、校勘及其对中国数学史研究的意义.Zhonghua Dadian (China Canon) is a major publishing project for Chinese culture approved by the State Council of the PRC,which was set to the key publishing engineering project of the National Programme for Cultural Development and also was regard as the first priority of the national major publishing project in “11th Five Year Plan” by the former State Administration of Press and Publication.On the basis of preserving the characteristics of Chinese traditional mathematics and by using the concepts and methods of modern mathematics,the mathematical classics in Chinese, documents,unearthed cultural relics,etc.,which were produced in the territory of China from ancient times to the end of Qing Dynasty,were systematically collated,classified and compiled in Zhonghua Dadian·Shuxue Dian (Volumes of Mathematics, China Canon).This paper presented the structure, document annotation,edition,punctuation,collation of the Shuxue Dian and analyzed its significance for the study of Chinese mathematical history.
