摘　　要：目的探讨护理干预对精神发育迟滞(MR)患儿家长心理状况和生活质量的影响。方法120例MR患儿家长纳入研究,选取同期常规体检的同龄患儿家长120例作为对照。比较2组受试者的心理状况。MR组患儿家长随机分为整体护理组和常规护理组,每组60例。常规护理组采用常规护理,整体护理组采用整体护理,比较2组患儿家长3个月后的心理状况。结果MR组家长生活质量测定量表简表(WHOQOL-BREF)显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。MR组家长症状自评量表(SCL-90)显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。3个月护理干预后,整体护理组家长WHOQOL-BREF评分显著高于常规护理组,整体护理组家长SCL-90评分显著低于常规护理组(P<0.05)。结论整体护理对于改善MR患儿家庭的生活质量,改善患儿家长的心理状况具有积极影响。Objective To investigate the effects of nursing intervention on the psychological status and life quality of children with mental retardation(MR).Methods A total of 120 parents of children with MR were enrolled in the study,at the same time,the other 120 parents of children who underwent routine physical examination were enrolled as control group.The psychological status was compared between the two groups.The parents in MR group were randomly divided into holistic nursing group and conventional nursing group,with 60 cases in each group.The subjects in conventional nursing group were given routine nursing,however,the subjects in holistic nursing group were given holistic nursing.The psychological status of the parents after 3 months was compared between the two groyps.Results WHOQOL-BREF in MR group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The parental symptom checklist 90(SCL-90)in MR group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).After 3-month nursing intervention,WHOQOL-BREF scores of parents in holistic nursing group were significantly higher than those in conventional nursing group,however,the SCL-90 scores of parents in holistic nursing group were significantly lower than those in conventional nursing group(P<0.05).Conclusion Holistic nursing has a positive effect in improving the life quality of MR children patient's family and improving the psychological status of their parents.
