摘　　要：创新实践活动需要创新思维,消极思维定势对创新思维起禁锢作用。本文分析了破解消极思维定势的途径。以结构设计竞赛为例,分析了第一性思维方法对创新实践的指导作用。并通过结构模型设计案例具体阐述了第一性思维方法的运用和效果。Innovative practice needs innovative thinking.However,negative thinking stereotype suppress innovative thinking.The measures to break the negative thinking stereotype are discussed.This paper,taking structural design competition as an example,also analyzes the guiding role of the First Principle Thinking Method in innovative practice.Through a structural model design case,the application and effects of the First Principle Thinking Method are elaborated in detail.
