基于医护一体化的电话随访在前列腺癌根治术患者kegel运动中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨医护一体化的电话随访教育模式在前列腺癌根治术出院患者kegel运动中的应用效果。方法将84例前列腺癌根治术患者按照随机数字表分为观察组42例,对照组42例。对照组患者出院时给予出院健康指导和常规电话随访,观察组在此基础上,成立由管床医生和责任护士共同构成一个“医护一体化”的随访小组,比较两组患者来院复查3个月、6个月时的知识知晓率、依从性、满意度及控尿功能。结果干预过程中,失访2例,最终样本数为干预组41例,对照组41例。观察组kegel运动训练知识知晓率、依从性、满意度及控尿功能均高于对照组,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医护一体化的电话随访教育模式应用于前列腺癌根治术出院患者中,有效提高了其kegel运动训练知识知晓率、训练操作依从性、满意度及控尿功能,实现了出院患者的无缝隙服务,提高了前列腺癌根治术患者的护理质量。Objective To investigate the effect of telephone follow-up based on medical care integration in kegel exercise for patients with radical prostatectomy.Methods According to random number table,84 patients with radical prostatectomy were divided into observation group(42 cases)and control group(42 cases).Patients in the control group were given with discharge health guidance and routine telephone follow-up.On the basis of this,a health care integration follow-up group were established by doctor and primary nurse for the follow-up in observation group.The knowledge awareness rate,compliance,satisfaction and urine control function of the two groups were compared 3 and 6 months after re-examination.Results During the intervention,2 cases were lost,and the final sample was 41 cases in the intervention group and 41 cases in the control group.Knowledge awareness rate,compliance,satisfaction and urine control function in the observation group were all significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The telephone follow-up based on medical care integration in kegel exercise for patients of radical prostatectomy can improve the knowledge awareness rate,compliance,satisfaction and urine control function.
