沈阳市综合医院青年医师的心理体检及心理健康状况分析

摘　　要：目的了解青年医师的心理健康状况,发现可能存在的心理问题。方法应用症状自评量表(SCL-90),对沈阳市某综合医院的112名青年医师进行调查。结果青年医师总的筛查阳性率为50%,其中强迫因子阳性率为31.25%,显著高于其他因子阳性率,且强迫因子分高于全国常模,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。人际关系敏感、偏执因子分低于全国常模,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。抑郁、焦虑、人际关系敏感、敌对、饮食睡眠因子有一定的筛查阳性率(>10%)。结论青年医师心理健康方面存在一定需要警惕和重视的问题,值得引起关注。Objective To evaluate the mental health status of young doctors and detect potential psychological problems.Methods The mental health status of 112 young doctors was surveyed using symptom check list(scl-90).Results The positive rate of symptoms among young doctors was 50%,among which the obsessive-compulsive symptoms were positive in 31.25%of such sample,which was significantly higher than other symptom factors,and higher than that of the national norm(P<0.05).Interpersonal sensitivity,paranoid factors were lower than the national norm(P<0.05).Depression,anxiety,interpersonal sensitivity,hostility,dietary sleep factors were positive at a certain rate(>10%).Conclusion There is a need for vigilance and attention to the mental health of young physicians.
