摘 要:调节性核糖核酸酶1(Regnase-1)是近年发现的具有重要转录调节及维持免疫稳态作用的RNA结合蛋白,可在多种微环境刺激下被快速大量诱导产生,并在多水平上严密调控.Regnase-1具有特异性核酸内切酶活性,通过识别茎环结构可特异性切割多受种mRNA,靶点多样且多为炎症相关因子,发挥重要的抗炎作用,并参与了多种生理病理过程.Regnase-1是一种重要的炎症负性调节因子其功能的严密调控有助于维持机体免疫稳态.以下回顾近年关于Regnase-1的研究报导,从Regnase-1的产生与灭活、分子结构与功能、免疫稳态的维持等方面进行详细总结.Regnase-1 is an newly recognized endonuclease that plays a critical role on transcriptional regulation and immunity homeostasis.It can be rapidly induced under diverse microenvironmental stimulus and be functionally terminated by multiple mechanisms.Regnase-1 can destabilize a set of mRNAs,which encode many inflammatory cytokines,to elicit anti-inflammation function and participate in physiological and pathological processes.Regnase-1 is an important negative inflammatmy regulator and its tightly controlled level is necessary to maintain immunity homeostasis.We reviewed related researches on Regnase-1 and provided an update on the regulation,molecular structure and function,biological roles of Regnase-1.
