摘 要:胃癌是中国常见的恶性肿瘤之一,早期诊断率低,术后复发率和转移率仍很高。肿瘤相关巨噬细胞(tumor-associated macrophages,TAMs)在胃癌的发生、发展中至关重要,而microRNAs(miRNAs)是TAMs促肿瘤活动的重要决定者,在胃癌的形成过程中发挥了重要的生物学作用。深入研究和了解miRNAs与巨噬细胞表型分化的关系,有助于揭示胃癌发生、发展,为肿瘤的诊断和治疗提供新的思路。Gastric cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in China,with a low rate of early diagnosis and a high rate of postoperative recurrence and metastasis.Tumor-associated macrophages(TAMs)are crucial in the occurrence and development of gastric cancer,and microRNAs(miRNAs),as an important determinant of TAMs’tumor promotion,play important biological roles in the formation of gastric cancer.The understanding of the relationship between miRNAs and macrophages phenotypic differentiation will help reveal the occurrence and development of gastric cancer and provide new ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of tumors.
