摘　　要：本文通过实地调研、问卷调查以及深度访谈,掌握老年人生活行为的规律,研究CCRC模式下的老年人生活行为模式以及空间需求变化,并着重分析了居住在CCRC的老年人三种主要行为模式即起居行为,休闲行为,就医行为。基于移动状况分析老年人的起居行为,基于行为类型、活动人数、空间及时间分析老年人的休闲行为,基于年龄、性别、受教育程度及支付能力分析老年人的就医行为。有助于对未来养老社区的空间设计能够更好的把握"以人为本"的原则,使老年人的生活质量得到改善。Through field research, questionnaire survey and in-depth interviews, this paper grasps the rules of life behaviors of the elderly, studies the life behavior patterns and spatial needs of the elderly under the CCRC model, and analyzes the three types of elderly people living in the CCRC. The main behavioral patterns include living behavior, leisure behavior, and medical treatment behavior. Based on the mobile situation, the elderly’s living behavior is analyzed. Based on the behavior type, numbers of activities, space and time, the leisure behavior of the elderly is analyzed. The medical treatment behavior of the elderly is analyzed based on their age, gender, education level and ability to pay. It will help to understand the "people-oriented" principle of space design in future old-age community, so that the quality of life of the elderly will be improved.
