摘　　要：随着全屋定制概念的普及,板式家具大受欢迎,板式家具队伍日益壮大,甚至有不少企业跨界加入,但板式家具的生产工艺并不简单,需要面对诸如管理方式落后、生产效率低下、设备布局不合理等问题。物流管理作为制造业的第三利润源,生产物流则是物流环节的重点,对板式家具生产过程能否实现最优化并取得高经济效益具有极大影响。本文针对板式家具生产物流的特点及目前存在的问题提出建议,希望能够改进现有生产物流水平,提高生产管控能力。With the popularization of the concept of house-wide customization,panel furniture is very popular.So the team of panel furniture is growing,and even many enterprises have joined in the cross-border transformation.However,the production process of panel furniture is not simple,and it needs to face such problems as backward management,low production efficiency,unreasonable equipment layout and so on.Logistics management is the third profit source of manufacturing industry,whose focus is production logistics.It has a great impact on whether the production process of panel furniture enterprises can achieve optimization and achieve high economic benefits.In this paper,the characteristics of panel furniture production logistics and existing problems are proposed,hoping to improve the existing level of production logistics,improve production management and control capabilities.
