摘　　要：N^1,N^12-二乙酰精胺(N1,N12-diacetylspermine,DiAcSpm)是精胺的二乙酰化衍生物。精胺是真核细胞生长和蛋白质合成所必需的物质,而DiAcSpm更与癌症的发病情况有着密切的关系。现已发现多种癌症(非小细胞肺癌、结肠癌、乳腺癌等)患者尿液中的DiAcSpm水平均较正常人有不同程度的升高,表明DiAcSpm可能是一种优秀的广谱肿瘤标志物。对已发表的关于癌症患者体液中DiAcSpm水平变化情况的临床实验结果进行了分析,并对DiAcSpm与癌症的相关性予以综述。N^1,N^12-diacetylspermine(DiAcSpm)is a diacetylated derivative of spermine.Spermine is required for eukaryotic cell growth and protein synthesis,and DiAcSpm is more closely related to the incidence of cancer.DiAcSpm levels in urine of various cancer patients(non-small cell lung cancer,colon cancer,breast cancer and so on)have been found to be significantly higher than those in normal subjects.This suggests that DiAcSpm may be a potential broad-spectrum tumor marker.The published clinical experiments on the changes of DiAcSpm content in body fluids of cancer patients are analyzed,and the correlation between DiAcSpm and cancer is reviewed.
