摘 要:随着雷达技术的发展以及应用范围的扩大,为提升信号增益,需要严格控制相控阵雷达电源开关频率。基于此,提出大功率机载相控阵雷达电源同步控制设计。通过对电源布局进行总体设计,之后完成一次电源的控制保护电路设计,输入整流、滤波以及防浪涌软启动电路。根据实验结果可知,本文设计方法与传统方法相比,在雷达电源同步控制上,其正确率远远高于传统方法,且随着实验次数的增多,传统方法的控制能力明显下降,本文设计方法却具有较高的优势。With the development of radar technology and the enlargement of its application scope, in order to improve signal gain, it is necessary to strictly control the switching frequency of phased array radar power supply. Based on this, the power synchronization control design of high-power airborne phased array radar is proposed. Through the overall design of the power supply layout, the control and protection circuit design of primary power supply is completed, and the input rectifier, filter and anti-surge soft start circuit are completed. According to the experimental results, compared with the traditional method, the accuracy of this design method is much higher than that of the traditional method in the synchronous control of radar power supply. With the increase of the number of experiments, the control ability of the traditional method decreases obviously, but the design method in this paper has a higher advantage.
