国际化发展背景下民办本科高校中外教师学习共同体构建研究

摘　　要：教育全球化的发展促使民办本科高校积极寻求国际化发展变革,通过聘用外籍专家、教师并加以积极引导和管理成为推动民办本科高校国际化发展的重要措施。文章借鉴高校教师学习共同体构建模式,将这一模式引入外籍教师管理过程中,研究在民办本科高校中构建中外教师学习共同体,思考中外教师学习共同体构建对民办本科高校在教师管理、教科研建设及国际化发展方面的作用,旨在为民办本科高校实现有效的、可持续的国际化办学发展提供新思路。With the development of educational globalization,the private undergraduate colleges and universities are actively seeking for international development and reform.By employing foreign experts,teachers and actively guiding and managing them,it is an important measure to promote the internationalization development of private undergraduate colleges and universities.This paper draws lessons from the construction model of college teachers'learning community,introduces this model into the process of foreign teacher management,and studies the construction of Chinese and foreign teachers'learning community in private undergraduate colleges and universities.
