摘　　要：随着现代教育的发展,为了适应新形势下机械类专业建设的要求,文章结合独立学院应用型本科教育,以工程应用为背景,以学生为中心,把提升学生“就业能力”作为专业的核心竞争力,以“学习能力”为根基,以“专业能力”为支柱,以各种“软能力”为纽带,建立了以学生“四项核心能力”为导向的机械类大专业人才培养体系,对机械类大专业培养模式进行了一定的探索与实践。With the development of modern education and in order to meet the requirements of the construction of mechanical specialty under the new situation,this paper combines the applied undergraduate education of independent college with the background of engineering application and student-centered,regards improving students'employment ability as the core competitiveness of the specialty,takes learning ability as the foundation and specializes in it.Professional competence is the pillar and all kinds of“soft competence”is the link.A training system of mechanical major talents oriented by students'“four core competencies”has been established.The training mode of mechanical major has been explored and practiced to a certain extent.
