导师制在非麻醉专业麻醉科住院医师规范化培训中的应用价值

摘　　要：麻醉科是各个外科等非麻醉专业的规培住院医师必须轮转学习的重要科室。鉴于非麻醉专业规培医师对麻醉科工作内容认识的局限性,以及其在麻醉科轮转时间有限,有时不能保证此类医师的麻醉科培训质量。为了提高非麻醉专业规培医师在麻醉科培训的质量,麻醉科近一年来实行导师制带教模式,取得了一定的效果,文章总结导师制在非麻醉专业麻醉科住院医师规范化培训中的应用价值。Anesthesiology department is an important department in which all surgeons and other non-anesthesiology residents must rotate.In consideration of limited rotating duration as well as the limitations in the understanding of anesthesia work content,sometimes the quality of such physician’s training in anesthesiology department cannot be guaranteed.In order to guarantee the training quality,we implemented tutor system teaching mode,this paper elaborates the application value of tutorial system in the in the standardized training of residents in anesthesiology department.
