摘 要:绕组短路成为影响永磁直流力矩电机质量的重要因素。本文从永磁直流力矩电机的设计结构和工作原理出发,对造成电机转子短路机理进行理论分析和研究,多角度寻找导致电机转子短路的产生因素。并针对可能的缺陷因素结合产品工艺过程,提出了改善电机工艺性的措施。本文的研究工作奠定了该力矩电机的工艺协同设计相关理论基础,为下一步电机设计优化提供了有力支持。Winding short circuit becomes an important factor affecting the quality of permanent magnet DC torque motor. Based on the design structure and working principle of permanent magnet DC torque motor, this paper analyzed and studied the mechanism of short circuit of rotor winding of motor, and found the factors that cause short circuit of rotor winding of motor from multiple angles. In view of the possible defect factors combined with the product process, measures to improve the craftability of the motor were proposed. The research work in this paper lays the theoretical foundation for the process synergy design of the torque motor, and provides strong support for the next step of motor design optimization.
