摘 要:打气泵作为气刹商用车型制动系统中的重要组成部分,与发动机曲轴通过皮带轮传动动力,是气刹商用车型的一个重要振动噪声源。针对某气刹轻卡车型在开放阶段怠速工况下打气泵工作时整车发生抖动的NVH问题,运用Test.Lab测试分析系统对可能存在的原因进行实验排查分析,并运用仿真分析的方法验证实验分析的准确性,最终发现打气泵工作频率与动力总成刚体模态发生耦合共振是该问题的主要原因。通过改变打气泵速比将打气泵激励频率与动力总成刚体模态分离,解决该轻卡车型在怠速工况下的抖动问题,提高该轻卡的乘坐舒适性。Air pump is an important part of the air-brake system of air brake vehicles.It is also an important vibration noise source.In this paper,the NVH problem of vehicle’s shack induced by air pump operation under the idle condition is studied for a light truck.The Test.Lab test analysis system is used to conduct the experimental study,and the simulation analysis method is used to verify the experiment results.It is found that the coupling resonance between the working frequency of the pump and the rigid body modal of the powertrain is the main reason of this problem.By changing the pumping speed ratio,the excitation frequency of the pump is separated from the rigid body mode of the powertrain,and the vehicle’s shack of the light truck under the idle condition is eliminated.The ride comfort of the light truck is improved.
