摘　　要：高校意识形态话语权的形成需要多个要素的共同作用,具有系统的特征。依托系统思维,通过清楚认识高校意识形态话语权建构系统的组成要素,保证系统功能朝着最优状态发展;通过分析影响高校意识形态话语权建构的环境要素,利用有利的环境条件实现整个系统的优化升级;通过探寻高校意识形态话语权建构系统的运行机制,确保整个高校意识形态话语权建构系统达到最佳运行状态。The formation of ideological discourse power in Colleges and universities needs multiple factors and has systematic characteristics. The effective use of systematic thinking can clearly recognize the elements of the system of the construction of ideological discourse power in Colleges and universities,ensure the development of the system function towards the optimal state,and make use of the favorable environmental conditions by analyzing the environmental factors that influence the construction of ideological discourse power in Colleges and universities. To realize the optimization and upgrading of the whole system,and to ensure the optimal operation state of the system of ideological discourse construction of the whole university by exploring the operating mechanism of the system of ideological discourse right of University.
