摘　　要：目的髓系来源抑制细胞(myeloid-derived suppressor cells,MDSC)是一组未成熟细胞群,在对抗机体肿瘤免疫中发挥着重要的作用,近年来,MDSC已经成为肿瘤免疫治疗领域的热点之一,本文总结了MDSC在肿瘤微环境中发挥的作用,以及促进肿瘤发生发展的作用机制,同时总结了目前MDSC与肝癌免疫治疗的相关研究进展。方法应用Pubmed、Web of Science以"myeloid-derived suppressor cells","hepatocellular carcinoma","immunology","therapy"等为关键词检索文献,同时以"肝细胞癌"、"髓系来源抑制细胞"、"免疫"等为关键词检索中国期刊全文数据库,检索时间为2014-01-2018-03,共检索到相关英文文献330篇,中文文献60篇。纳入标准:(1)MDSC在肝细胞癌中的研究进展;(2)肝细胞癌的免疫治疗现状;(3)MDSC在肿瘤免疫过程中的作用;(4)治疗过程中针对MDSC的影响。根据标准共纳入41篇文献。结果 MDSC在肝细胞癌的发生发展及转移过程中起到了重要作用,其通过抑制T细胞和NK细胞的增殖与活化等途径促进了癌细胞在肝脏中的累积,同时又通过诱导Treg细胞与TAM细胞的扩增,阻碍了人体的抗肿瘤免疫,促进了癌细胞在体内的转移。目前MDSC的作用越来越受到重视,或许其会成为肝癌免疫治疗的新靶点。结论针对MDSC的免疫治疗会改善患者的免疫微环境,为肝癌治疗提供了新的思路,随着研究的深入,将有望应用于临床中。OBJECTIVE Myeloid-derived suppressor cells(MDSCs)are a group of immature cell populations that play an important role in combating tumor immunity.In recent years,MDSC has become one of the hotspots in the field of tumor immunotherapy.This paper summarized the role of myeloid-derived suppressor cells in tumor microenvironment and the mechanism of promoting tumorigenesis and development,and summarized the current research progress of MDSC and liver cancer immunotherapy.METHOD "Myeloid-derived suppressor cells,hepatocellular carcinoma,immunology,therapy" were searched as keywords by PubMed and Web of Science,and search for CNKI with keywords such as "hepatocellular carcinoma,myeloid-derived suppressor cells,and immunology".The search time was from 2015-01-01 to 2018-03-01,and 330 related English documents and 60 Chinese documents were retrieved.Inclusion criteria:(1)research progress of MDSC in hepatocellular carcinoma;(2)current status of immunotherapy for hepatocellular carcinoma;(3)role of MDSC in tumor immunization;(4)effect on MDSC during treatment.A total of 41 articles were included according to the standard.RESULT MDSC plays an important role in the development and metastasis of hepatocellular carcinoma.It promotes the accumulation of cancer cells in the liver by inhibiting the proliferation and activation of T cells and NK cells,at the same time,by inducing the expansion of Treg cells and TAM cells,it hindered the body’s anti-tumor immunity and promoted the metastasis of cancer cells in the body.At present,the role of MDSC is getting more and more attention,and it may become a new target for liver cancer immunotherapy.CONCLUSIONS Immunotherapy for MDSC will improve the patient’s immune microenvironment and provide new ideas for the treatment of liver cancer.With in-depth research,it is expected to be applied in the clinic.
