摘　　要：目的探讨淋巴瘤腹膜累及的18^F-FDG PET/CT表现,提高对本病的认识。资料与方法回顾性分析经病理证实的13例淋巴瘤腹膜累及患者的18^F-FDG PET/CT显像资料,分析其PET/CT表现,记录腹膜增厚类型及最大标准化摄取值。结果13例患者中,大B细胞型淋巴瘤6例,套细胞型、滤泡型、T细胞型淋巴瘤各2例,伯基特淋巴瘤1例。腹膜散在絮状密度增高2例,肿块与结节样增厚7例,网膜饼状增厚4例。浆膜受累3例,肝脏或脾脏肿大4例,肠壁增厚3例,腹膜后或肠系膜淋巴结肿大7例,腹水3例。除腹水外,所有病灶均呈18F-FDG高摄取。结论18^F-FDG PET/CT显像示腹膜增厚合并多发、融合高摄取腹膜后,肠系膜结节、肿块,腹水量少且无明显放射性异常浓聚,实质性器官肿大伴弥漫高摄取,应考虑到本病的可能。Purpose To discuss the 18^F-FDG PET/CT features of lymphoma with peritoneal involvement,and to improve the understanding of this disease.Materials and Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on 18^F-FDG PET/CT imaging data of 13 patients with lymphoma peritoneal involvement confirmed by pathology,in which,the PET/CT scan features were analyzed,and peritoneal thickening types and the maximum standard uptake value were recorded.Results Among the 13 patients,there were 6 case of large b-cell lymphoma,2 cases of mantle cell lymphoma,2 cases of follicular lymphoma,2 cases of T-cell lymphoma,and 1 case of Burkitt’s lymphoma.In addition,it included 2 cases of peritoneum scattered floccus density increase,7 cases of mass and nodular thickening,4 cases of omentum pie-shaped thickening.Moreover,it contained 3 cases of serosal involvement,4 cases of liver or spleen enlargement,3 cases of intestinal wall thickening,7 cases of retroperitoneal or mesenteric lymph node enlargement,and 3 cases of ascites.All lesions showed high uptake of 18^F-FDG except ascites.Conclusion The lymphoma with peritoneal involvement should be considered when the 18^F-FDG PET/CT imaging shows peritoneal thickening with multiple and fusion of high uptake retroperitoneum,mesenteric nodules and masses,low ascites and no obvious abnormal concentration of radioactivity,and substantial organ enlargement with diffuse high uptake.
